Unlike his other Noble Arms, he is a Noble Knight exclusive sword. In addition to being able to attach target resistance and strengthen the presence, some Noble Knights are treated as vanilla before equipping a sword, so they can be strong against the negate effect.
It also has a GY activation effect, allowing you to change Noble Knight X to another X.
Noble Knight X has removal effects, so you can use this card to wreak havoc on your opponent's field. However, lack of haste is somewhat painful.
